湖南商学院工商管理学院;
本文基于企业利益分配角度,运用演化博弈模型探讨了现代物流业与制造业协同合作的规律及动态变化过程;结果表明双方合作产生的额外收益、合作过程中制造企业提供给现代物流企业的激励、现代物流企业自身的运作成本以及制造企业对现代物流企业的依赖程度都对两者的协同合作程度有着重要的影响。因此,本文认为要促进两者的协同合作,必须基于影响因素建立相应的协同合作机制。
